Email Marketing

As part of my role as the Visual Communications Manager at McCarter, I developed a series of new email templates that incorporate the institution's new brand identity, and better address communication needs. These templates were designed to be visually appealing to McCarter’s audiences.


Currently, as the Marketing Creative Director, I oversee the content execution of each email with the help of a copywriter and a graphic designer. As a result of the efforts, the engagement with email communications has significantly improved. We have achieved a higher open rate of 51%, compared to the previous rate of 33%. Additionally, the click rate has increased to 3.44%-7.22%, compared to the previous rate of 0.90%. In addition, I oversee the different automations that effectively keep constant communication with audiences, such as performance reminders and “thank you” emails.
